However, if expedited shipping is selected at checkout, then you will be charged for more. Domestic shipments are normally shipped and tracked through USPS.

Estimated time for delivery: Personalized items can take approximately 3 - 4 weeks for processing & delivery. Once an order has been shipped, please allow 4 to 7 business days for arrival.

International: International shipments are shipped with the most economic methods available based on location.

Shipping Insurance: KD Designs Jewelry is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. You may add Shipping Protection to ensure your items are insured.

Personalized Returns: ALL SALES FINAL - Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for personalized items. Your personalized jewelry is designed uniquely for you!

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if there is an error with a personalized item, we ask that you reach out to our customer service team and we will work with you to make things right. 

*Please note that once you order a personalized item we begin working on it right away so we cannot accept edits for personalized orders.

Non-personalized Returns: ALL SALES FINAL - We do not offer returns or exchanges for non-personalized items. All non-personalized orders are final sale – only exception is for damaged items see below).  

International Returns: ALL SALES FINAL - We do not support international returns at this time. All international orders are final sale. 

Refunds: All sales are final – we do not accept refunds. Refunds will only be accepted for damaged items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Store-credit: We do not offer Store-credit due to not offering returns or exchanges.

Return Process: All sales are final – we do not offer returns or exchanges. Only exception is for damaged items – See Below.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: Exchanges will only be accepted for damaged items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
