Return & Exchange Policy for Non-Personalized Items - If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange non-personalized items within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, we must receive the returned item(s) within this 15-day window.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.

Please note that we do not accept international returns at this time—all international orders are final sale.

Personalized Returns - Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. Each personalized jewelry piece is made uniquely for you!

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
